We are looking for a logistic officer for warehouse in Vilvoorde. The company is active in the medical field. You will join the kitting team and provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.

Your tasks:

* You support logistics and administrative tasks related to clinical supplies and medical devices.
* You ensure smooth processes for ordering, storage, labelling, shipping, and returns.
* You track inventory levels and expiration dates, and prepare monthly reports.
* You ensure all activities follow guidelines and internal procedures.
* You maintain accurate data in electronic systems for the assigned studies.
* You perform routine tasks and prepare the kits for the labs.
* You handle ad-hoc supply purchases when needed.

* The company offers a salary of €17.70 per hour.
* You are available to work in two shifts: from 7:30 AM to 15:36 PM, Tuesday to Saturday, or from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
* You start with weekly contracts but you have the possibility to get a fixed contract after the interim period.
