As an Order To Cash German And English your responsibilities are:

* Process customer orders accurately and keep order information up to date
* Handle customer service queries in German and English, providing clear information on orders
* Follow orders through the order-to-cash process to support timely completion
* Liaise with sales, logistics and finance departments
* Coordinate order-related information with relevant internal contacts
* Check customer and order details to help maintain accurate records
* Resolve routine order issues and communicate updates to customers
* Maintain clear documentation of customer contacts and order actions
* Contribute to a reliable customer service process for the Retail business
