Jobomschrijving

* Provide day-to-day functional support for **Oracle ERP systems**, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* **Analyze user requirements** and **deliver tailored solutions**, including system enhancements and custom reports.
* Develop and maintain reports using **Oracle Report Builder and SQL**.
* Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
* Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
* Act as a key point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and user support.
* Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT-related user requests when required.
