This role will oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gather and translates business needs by meeting with stakeholders, documenting current processes, and defining clear functional and technical requirements</li> <li>Design Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions by outlining models, data flows, integrations, and user experience elements, then builds the system through configuration, scripting, data integration setup, and security design</li> <li>Lead testing by creating test plans, managing UAT, resolving defects, and confirming accuracy and performance</li> <li>Support deployment by developing cutover plans, training users, assisting with go‑live, documenting procedures, and reviewing the implementation afterward to identify improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What you need:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud or Budget Planning and Execution</li> <li>Experience in Budget Planning and Execution in a Federal environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience integrating EPM Cloud with an Oracle Financial system (EBS, ERP Cloud)</li> <li>Federal experience</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><span lang="EN-US"><strong>#LI-Platforms</strong></span> </span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
