This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. Candidate will collaborate closely with clients, analyze their business requirements, and design comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>* Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap analysis of requirements</p> <p>* Lead a team and provide functional guidance for solution design that applies best practices for the Compensation solution.</p> <p>* Collaborate with the functional, development, technical, and security team and clients to design end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud application.</p> <p>*Document Detailed Requirements</p> <p>*Create and document Functional Designs</p> <p>* Perform and coordinate hands-on Compensation Configuration, testing, release management/deployment.</p> <p>* Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects for Compensation modules.</p> <p>*Oversee functional team and activities and report status to project management.</p> <p>*Oversee integration of the business processes from a project-wide perspective.</p> <p>*Lead project team analysis sessions, providing input on specific issues while verifying quality of deliverables.</p> <p>*Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system.</p> <p>*Assist in timely resolution of functional issues.</p> <p>*Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities.</p> <p>*Support maintenance of project plans for review and approval activities.</p> <p>*Monitor progress and adjust schedule, approach, and resources.</p> <p>*Assist in planning for transition to production.</p> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <p>* 5 years with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation/ Benefits with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience.</p> <p>* 3 years’ experience leading a team</p> <p>* 2 years’ Experience planning and leading project work and reporting status to program stakeholders</p> <p>* Strong knowledge of federal and commercial Human Resources business processes</p> <p>* Oracle HCM Cloud experience</p> <p>* Relevant Implementation Specialist certification</p> <p>* Experience building project plans in Microsoft Project</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <p>U.S. Citizenship required</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
