Together with your team, you ensure that high-quality sausages, cordon bleus, and other meat specialties roll off the line every day. Experience in a production environment is a plus, but a passion for learning is what truly matters!
**What will you do?**
* **Line startup & management**: You independently start up the production line and are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and keeping your machine running smoothly.
* **Maintenance & changeovers:** During product changeovers or at the end of the working day, you assemble and disassemble small machine parts.
* In case of minor technical malfunctions, you take the initiative to solve them yourself before calling in our experienced technicians.
* **Safety & Quality:** You constantly maintain the cleanliness of the line, ensuring absolute food safety as well as your own personal safety.

- Gegevens voor productieopvolging registreren De informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen
- De apparatuur (valhamer, pers, trekpers, wals, ...) opstarten en op productiesnelheid brengen, en zorgen voor de toevoer of plaatsing van stukken
- Geproduceerde artikels controleren Niet-conforme artikels afvoeren of herstellen
- De vervaardigde onderdelen en artikels controleren en corrigeren (kleuraspecten, regelmatigheid van het naaiwerk, ...)
- De veiligheidsvoorzieningen van de productie-installaties controleren (werktuigen, montageband, ...)
- De afgewerkte producten controleren en de onderdelen markeren
- De activiteiten van een team coördineren
- Preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren
