As an Operations Supervisor - Site Solutions, you will oversee all aspects of our Site Solutions equipment, manage vendors, maintain customer relationships, and respond to urgent maintenance needs. </p> <p style="line-height: 1;"> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Schedule: </em></strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)</span></p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring needs are met, and delivering proactive, solutions-focused support.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee inventory accuracy and readiness by tracking, organizing, and replenishing tooling and consumables to meet customer and operational demands.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and pickups to ensure efficient, on-time service and clear communication with drivers and customers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Effectively communicate information to your team and management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform various operational tasks as needed to support a safe, organized, and efficient industrial site, adapting quickly to daily challenges.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
