Learn more about us at <a href="http://evercars.com/">evercars.com</a>.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <p>Lot & Queue Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages</li> <li>Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency</li> <li>Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow</li> </ul> <p>Vehicle Quality & Inventory Control</p> <ul> <li>Keep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections</li> <li>Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs</li> <li>Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly</li> <li>Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times</li> <li>Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy</li> <li>Ensure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards</li> <li>Reconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptly</li> </ul> <p>Shipping & Logistics Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Manage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partners</li> <li>Execute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Driving vehicles between lots, showrooms, third party servicers, and chargers</li> <li>Ensure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpoint</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field</li> <li>Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)</li> <li>Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systems</li> <li>Valid driver's license with a clean record and acceptable driving record</li> <li>Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies</li> <li>Physical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environment</li> <li>Clear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informed</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to perform physical work in a vehicle-service environment, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working in and around vehicles for extended periods.</li> <li>Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles, including driving vehicles as needed in connection with reconditioning, testing, movement, and delivery.</li> <li>Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; ability to move heavier items with appropriate equipment or assistance</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive pay + annual performance bonus</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Ever and This Role?</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Run reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.</li> <li>Make high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocity</li> <li>Work with cutting-edge EV technology and build elite operations</li> <li>Direct ownership over inventory readiness</li> <li>Clear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles</li> </ul> <p>Ever is an equal opportunity employer.
