🛠 What you’ll do
Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist)
Take clear photos and document unit condition
Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks
Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups)
Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready
👉 Most tasks are straightforward and guided — attention to detail matters more than technical expertise.
Requirements

Great backgrounds include:
Field operations / property management
Delivery or logistics roles
Task-based work (TaskRabbit, gig work, etc.)
Maintenance or handyman experience (a plus, not required)

✅ Requirements
Ability to lift and move items (~30 lbs)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using mobile apps, Slack, and basic digital tools
Strong attention to detail (photos + notes are key)
Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
