Operations Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuring**service continuity**,**operational excellence**, and delivery of key initiatives.
* Coordinate**incident management**, problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments.
* Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, including**Linux systems**, virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions.
* Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fostering**accountability**,**collaboration**, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure operational compliance with**security standards**, governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.
