Operations Manager

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our facility. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in logistics, inventory control, and team leadership in a warehouse, storage, or product-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, quality control, and shipping

• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

• Manage team schedules, performance, and workflow to meet company productivity goals

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors and internal departments for timely restocking

• Oversee order fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction for B2B deliveries

• Report to upper management with updates on facility performance and logistics KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or facility management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Familiarity with inventory software and logistics platforms

• Ability to lift and move products (when required)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
