Operations Manager

About this role

We're a fast-moving coaching and education business looking for an Operations Assistant who takes real pride in doing things right. This isn't a role for someone who rushes through tasks, it's for someone who slows down, checks their work, and delivers to a genuinely high standard every single time.
You'll be the person we rely on to keep our day-to-day operations accurate, organised, and running smoothly. If you're the type who notices the small things other people miss, and you get quiet satisfaction from a clean spreadsheet and a completed checklist, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions
Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems
Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets
Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or data entry role
Exceptional attention to detail, this is non-negotiable.
A proven track record of accurate, high-quality data entry and data review
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data manipulation
Someone who double-checks their own work without being asked to
Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Clear written and verbal communication in English
