Operations Manager

About this role

Clearsite Industrial Services is searching for an Operations Manager to join fast-paced, growing vacuum excavation business.
Reporting to the Vice President, the position will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and monitoring of units.
Specific Duties
Scheduling projects daily
Dispatching units daily
Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets
Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed
Review reports from the GPS system
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Experience in a field service-based operation required.
Basic computer proficiency required.
1-2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
The person in this position must have the ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership.
Experience managing operational documentation, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets preferred.
Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States required.
Potential to work occasional nights and weekends required.
