Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $1000–$1,500 per month, depending on your operational leadership experience, systems thinking, AI capability, and overall alignment with the role. Performance Incentives Monthly KPI-based incentives tied to operational improvements, AI implementation, delivery excellence, process optimization, leadership contribution, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role As our Operations Lead, you'll oversee operational strategy, systems improvement, documentation, delivery frameworks, AI implementation, workflow optimization, reporting, governance, and cross-functional execution. You'll partner closely with executive leadership while supporting every department across the organization. This is an AI-first operational leadership role. You'll actively leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, documentation, reporting, planning, communication, and business performance.
