About this role

About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

• 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global

• Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets

• Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS

• Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

At Eucalyptus, every patient deserves a great experience. A consult that actually helps them, information that lands when they need it, and care that feels personal even at scale. This role exists to build the systems that make that possible. You'll partner with our clinical, growth and product teams to identify where patients are underserved, then use AI and data to close the gap.

• Identify where patients get lost, confused, or disengage with their care journey, and build the automated systems and adaptive pathways that prevent it from happening at scale.

• Design and implement care pathways that respond to individual patient needs, moving away from generic experiences toward care that's genuinely personalised.

• Build infrastructure that measures practitioner performance against best practice and surfaces timely, actionable coaching feedback automatically.

• Define what "world-class" patient care looks like at Eucalyptus and build toward it, working across Claude, n8n, Zendesk, Lorikeet, and whatever tools you think should be in the stack.

• Raise the AI bar across the team: share what you're building, surface what's working, and actively bring others along on new tools, techniques, and approaches as they emerge.

• Use data and patient insights to diagnose problems, validate solutions, and make the case for where to focus next. You won't wait to be handed a problem brief.

About you (Who you are)

Skills & experience

• You use AI natively. It's already how you work. Your agents, automations, or code are doing a meaningful chunk of the work, and through them you've unlocked capabilities that go beyond what you could do alone.

• You start with the user problem, not the solution; you're drawn to understanding why something isn't working before reaching for a fix.

• You are data-led: you don't make a claim you can't back up, and you know how to find and frame the signal that should drive a decision.

• You find the problem yourself. You're self-directed, intellectually curious, and don't need a well-scoped brief to get started.

• You have evidence of having built something that solved a real problem: a business, a side project, an internal tool, or deep applied AI work in a prior role. 2-3 years is a rough guide; what you've built matters more than where.
