Our client is looking for a proactive Office & Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their Ghent office. You will act as a key link between teams and support both operational, HR, and financial processes.

Description

* Manage the daily office operations (reception, suppliers, maintenance, workspace organization, and materials) * Coordinate IT setup for new employees and follow up on onboarding processes * Support financial activities (invoice validation, PO tracking, vendor follow-up) * Draft and communicate internal announcements * Organize team events and offsites (including logistics and budget monitoring) * Ensure safety and compliance (first aid, fire safety, training coordination) * Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
