Description

* Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from A to Z
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems
* Monitor shipments and provide track & trace updates
* Maintain compliance with international regulations and procedures
* Communicate with overseas offices, clients, and stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
* Maintain and update customer procedures and documentation
* Escalate operational issues when required
