What the role actually looks like
Your week will be a mix of clinic-based sessions and community work, supporting clients across different stages of life. You might be working with a child on fine motor development in the morning, then supporting an adult client with functional independence in the afternoon. It keeps things interesting—and clinically rewarding.
There’s a steady flow of referrals, so you won’t be waiting around to build a caseload. At the same time, expectations are realistic, and the focus is on quality of care rather than high turnover.

About you
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible)
Open to working across both paediatric and adult caseloads
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
