Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits Offered: Dental insurance, medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO
Patient Volume: 20 to 30 Patients per day

A growing, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team in Mesa, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and patient education
Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, registered nurses, and care coordination teams
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong bedside manner
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications
Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
Minimum of 2–3 years of primary care or outpatient experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to care
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Commitment to providing high-quality, community-focused healthcare

Requirements
Valid Arizona NP or PA license (Or In Process)
NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
