Our established outpatient family medicine clinic in Kingman, Arizona is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually (based on experience)
Additional Incentive

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine physicals
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions
Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other ongoing health concerns
Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
Educate patients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care activities
Qualifications
Required
Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Graduate of an accredited U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
No history of malpractice claims or professional disciplinary action
Preferred
One or more years of outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
New graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply

Requirements
Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Graduate of a U.S.-accredited NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)
