- Deliver warm, personal, 5-star service to VIP guests and travellers alike

- Create content for our TikTok and Instagram

- Keep the van clean and guest-ready

- Work independently and make good decisions in the field

- Good photography skills, especially night/aurora

- A social, friendly personality — someone guests remember

- Genuine knowledge of and passion for Lapland's nature, history, and culture

- Reliable, independent, and eager to learn and grow

**What we offer**

- €16/hour, plus overtime and other supplements according to the collective agreement (TES)

- Direct mentorship from the founder and a real path to a permanent job

- Real responsibility in a small, ambitious, high-quality company

- Unforgettable work in one of the best places on earth for it
