Function
* Operate within a **24/7 support environment**, ensuring system availability and reliability.
* Work in both **IT and OT environments**, with a strong focus on change management and operational stability.
* Participate in the **deployment, configuration, and maintenance** of IT and OT systems.
* Support day-to-day operational activities within the team.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve **incidents and technical issues**.
* Provide support to internal users and teams across multiple locations.
