About this role

Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies Develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs Build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making Collaborate with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems Coordinate cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods Drive transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction Support expansion planning, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives Monitor network performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing logistics environment Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English Benefits Pay Range:85k-100k 7 PTO days 5 Paid Sick Leave Days 6 Paid Holidays 401K Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
