Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Basic requirements for Motor Vehicle Operation (WG-5703-06): There is no specific length of training or experience required. However, you must be able to demonstrate, through experience shown in your written application materials that you possess the sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work of this position without more than normal supervision. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Motor Vehicle Operator ~ without more than normal supervision. Driver's maintenance in accordance with established regulations; loading and unloading of passengers and cargo; complete vehicle utilization records and driver's accident report when necessary. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Moderate physical effort is utilized in reaching, bending, turning, or moving hands, arms, feet, and legs to operate hand and foot controls of loaded vehicles. Moderate physical effort is required in lifting, loading and unloading cargo. Receives assistance from other warehouseman, laborers, and equipment operators when moving items over 25 pounds. Required to work inside warehouse, in bin rooms, in open storage areas, and on receiving or shipping docks. May be exposed to cold, drafty, damp or hot weather while loading and unloading vehicle. Subject to possible injury from falling stock. Subject to bruises and broken bones as a result of accidents while driving vehicles.
