Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a **Mold Technician**? Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team in Oudenaarde. As a **Mold Technician**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of molds used in production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Independently assemble, disassemble, and maintain molds** to ensure they are production-ready.
* **Repair hydraulic cylinders** and create flexible hoses for hydraulic and gas applications.
* Conduct fine mechanical work and apply simple sandblast structures.
* **Diagnose and propose technical improvements** for defective molds.
* Occasionally engage in turning, milling, and grinding tasks with training provided when necessary.
