**Responsibilities**
* Manage and support the Microsoft 365 modern workplace environment, focusing on endpoint management and identity services.
* Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, including device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
* Administer identities, users, and access within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
* Support endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Windows Autopilot and Windows 11.
* Automate administrative activities and operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for complex incidents related to workplace technologies.

Gevraagde vaardigheden
