Responsibilities
Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages tailored to a luxury clientele
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail trends relevant to a 5-star luxury setting
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience
Ensure bar operations comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create innovative drink menus and pairing suggestions
Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area
Train junior staff on luxury service standards and advanced mixology techniques
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
Exceptional knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail recipes, and current luxury beverage trends
Proficient in advanced mixology techniques and presentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional guest service
A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all drink preparations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a luxury hotel setting
Must be currently in UAE
