**Bedrijfsomschrijving**
A company active in the **prefab concrete industry** and the **production of custom reinforcement meshes**. It has production sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, along with its own logistics, assembly, and engineering departments. The company mainly serves Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany, with around **200 employees** and a **turnover of €60 million.**
Under the guidance of the production coordinator and mentor, you will work in the **production of customised or series-made reinforcement structures**. Based on technical drawings, you will select the correct reinforcement meshes and create the required construction. You will retrieve the reinforcement meshes to be welded from stock using a forklift.

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Metaal Inert Gas (MIG)
- Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Metaal Actief Gas (MAG)
- De verbindingen voorbereiden en de stukken, platen, buizen of profielen onderling of op een drager positioneren
- De conformiteit van het laswerk, de constructies en de assemblages controleren
- Het materieel controleren en de lasparameters (intensiteit, debiet, ...) regelen volgens het materiaal en de uit te voeren lasverbindingen
- Hernemingen of afwerkingen uitvoeren aan de las
- Werkstukken lassen
- De parameters van machines en apparatuur instellen
