Mid-Senior Account Executive (LATAM, Remote)

About this role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Account Executive to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals for a fintech software company from San Francisco, CA. You'll own each deal from qualified opportunity to signed contract, working with a steady flow of qualified leads from marketing and the sales team.
What you'll do

• Run discovery, demos, negotiation and close with senior buyers across multi-stakeholder buying committees

• Build business cases and pricing proposals, including multi-year and multi-product structures

• Keep a clean, forecast-accurate pipeline in HubSpot

• Re-engage stalled opportunities and flag at-risk deals early

• Hand off every closed deal to Customer Success with full context

• Share market and competitive insights with the team

You may be a fit if

• You have 5+ years as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executive closing mid-market or enterprise deals

• You've closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals at $25K+ ACV ($100K+ preferred)

• You've hit 90%+ of quota for at least one full year and can share documentation

• You have a verifiable record of selling to US customers (US experience from 3 to 4 years ago counts)

• You maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reliably in HubSpot or a comparable CRM

• You're fluent in English, spoken and written, and comfortable on live calls with buyers

• You've worked at a small or growth-stage company (under 100 employees)

• You're based in Latin America

Nice to have

• Fintech or financial services experience

• Relationships with senior leaders at financial services firms

• Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar methodology training
