About this role

Location: Remote (United States)
Work Model: Remote
Industry: AI / Sales Software
Compensation: $200K-$240K OTE (50/50 split)
About the Company
Our partner is a fast-growing AI sales platform building conversational AI and voice agents. They have a zero-to-one startup culture where adaptability and comfort with ambiguity are essential, and the sales organization is scaling quickly. Most of the team thrives on solving new problems together as the business grows.
The Opportunity
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will run a full-cycle sales process, closing deals in the $72K-$200K range. About half your pipeline comes through BDRs and marketing, and the other half you will self-source, so a hunter's mindset matters. You will report to the COO, who oversees sales and marketing.
This is a great fit for someone with a startup or founding-AE background who wants more ownership and influence than a larger, more rigid org can offer. You will be selling AI, so genuine curiosity about the space and how AI agents work is a real advantage.
Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales for mid-market accounts ($72K-$200K deals)

• Self-source roughly half of your own pipeline

• Run your own demos and manage multi-stakeholder deals

• Partner with BDRs, marketing, and leadership in a scaling org

• Contribute to building processes and solutions in a zero-to-one environment

Requirements

• Mid-market B2B SaaS closing experience

• Demonstrated interest in or experience selling AI

• Startup experience, with founding-AE experience a strong plus

• Comfortable self-sourcing and operating with ambiguity

• Bonus: experience selling conversational AI or agent platforms
