Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, .NET (C#), and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIs.
Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power Pages
Dataverse
Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, Azure Data Factory, and/or KingswaySoft.
Develop custom components and integrations using .NET (C#).
Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business processes and user productivity.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
Perform deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
Successfully delivered at least three (3) end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projects.
Strong experience in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution development.
Hands-on experience in custom development, plugin development, workflows, and system integrations.
Experience working in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600
