This internship provides hands-on, real-world experience within a professional sports organization. The Merchandise Intern will gain valuable insight into retail operations, fan engagement, and sports-based merchandise sales while learning how a Minor League Baseball team store operates on both game days and non-game days. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in communication, customer service, inventory management, and marketing collaboration.
