MEP Supervisor - Farm

About this role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance across a large farm facility of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance, repair, and installation activities across the farm.

• Oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps, irrigation-related equipment, and other mechanical systems.

• Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.

• Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.

• Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts.
Requirements
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in a farm, agricultural, facilities management, or large property environment.
✔️ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
✔️ Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
✔️ Knowledge of pumps, water systems, irrigation systems, and farm facilities is an advantage.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.

Please note that only candidates with relevant MEP supervisory experience in Farm Facility will be shortlisted.
