Medical Records Retriever (Healthcare BPO experience) - Davao

About this role

We are looking for Medical Records Retriever to join a fast growing healthcare account in Davao City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and retrieve intake records from ambulance services and hospitals

• Retrieve prior medical records relevant to the case

• Track request status and perform timely follow-ups

• Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve delays

• Maintain organized, chronological record files

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards
Requirements

• At least HS Graduate old curriculum

• 1 year of healthcare experience is required

• Medical retrieval experience is preferred

• Outbound call experience is preferred

• Graveyard shift and shifting schedule (US Account)

• Must be willing to work onsite in Davao

• Strong understanding of medical terminology

• Experience requesting and tracking records from hospitals and large systems

• Strong working knowledge of personal injury case flow

• Ability to identify missing treatment gaps independently
