Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Medical Receptionist to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha 2, Dubai.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a polished and well-groomed professional appearance, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries promptly.
Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Process payments and issue invoices.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation.
Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the clinic's high standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation suitable for a luxury client-facing environment.
Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
