We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with strong clinical expertise to provide in-office support and assist with overseeing our Clinical Department.</p> <p data-start="877" data-end="901"><strong data-start="877" data-end="901">Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="903" data-end="2009"> <li data-section-id="4xpoex" data-start="903" data-end="997">Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Clinical Team members.</li> <li data-section-id="9f71aj" data-start="998" data-end="1091">Support the Clinical Supervisor with daily clinical operations and departmental priorities.</li> <li data-section-id="14uetve" data-start="1092" data-end="1188">Monitor attendance, PTO, call-offs, workload distribution, productivity, and team performance.</li> <li data-section-id="j967lj" data-start="1189" data-end="1271">Provide coaching, auditing, and productivity support to meet departmental goals.</li> <li data-section-id="54p8dz" data-start="1272" data-end="1386">Ensure timely handling of patient cases, faxes, emails, lab reviews, prescription refills, and hotline messages.</li> <li data-section-id="wmznpo" data-start="1387" data-end="1472">Track KPIs and maintain accurate clinical tracking systems, workflows, and reports.</li> <li data-section-id="1ru33cc" data-start="1473" data-end="1602">Coordinate skilled nursing facility workflows and Home Health referrals, including documentation, follow-up, and communication.</li> <li data-section-id="18b4wvn" data-start="1603" data-end="1702">Lead daily Clinical Team stand-up meetings and coordinate weekly departmental alignment meetings.</li> <li data-section-id="16hyiqg" data-start="1703" data-end="1784">Maintain the Clinical Department sections of the Monday Morning Meeting agenda.</li> <li data-section-id="11wzqfd" data-start="1785" data-end="1869">Prepare required reports, metrics, and deliverables for leadership and management.</li> <li data-section-id="gkj3cl" data-start="1870" data-end="1946">Partner with leadership to improve workflows, SOPs, and operational tools.</li> <li data-section-id="13yivrm" data-start="1947" data-end="2009">Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2011" data-end="2029"><strong data-start="2011" data-end="2029">Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2031" data-end="2517"> <li data-section-id="1sqzfxs" data-start="2031" data-end="2132">Certification as a Medical Assistant from an approved school or equivalent training and experience.</li> <li data-section-id="den12g" data-start="2133" data-end="2227">Very strong computer skills, including EHR systems, email, Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets.</li> <li data-section-id="1vp7469" data-start="2228" data-end="2255">Basic clinical knowledge.</li> <li data-section-id="zlff3y" data-start="2256" data-end="2324">Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li data-section-id="8x7c1e" data-start="2325" data-end="2402">Detail-oriented, organized, professional, reliable, punctual, and flexible.</li> <li data-section-id="1hr990p" data-start="2403" data-end="2465">Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li data-section-id="gdb0d1" data-start="2466" data-end="2517">Must be comfortable working with senior patients.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2519" data-end="2548"><strong data-start="2519" data-end="2548">Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul data-start="2550" data-end="2701"> <li data-section-id="1luvugu" data-start="2550" data-end="2568">$25–$27 per hour</li> <li data-section-id="o6r2y6" data-start="2569" data-end="2584">Paid time off</li> <li…
