We hope you’ll join our team</span></p></div><p>We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our team!</p> <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform vitals and initial patient intake</li> <li>Guide patients to their exam rooms and help them feel at ease as you prepare them for their visit with the physician, NP, or PA</li> <li>Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.</li> <li>Prepare for and assist during physician examinations</li> <li>Perform basic point of care tests and medication/vaccine administration when ordered by a provider (within MA scope)</li> <li>Help our patients understand their care plans and action items to have the best possible outcomes</li> <li>Assist with scheduling, referrals and other care coordination activities</li> </ul> <p>These responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by personnel assigned to this job classification.
