About the role:
Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. You’ll work closely with production to minimise downtime and keep machinery running reliably. Mon–Fri 5:30am–2:30pm + OT, shifts, and call-outs as required
What you will be responsible for:
Fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Maintain safety standards and complete daily inspections
Support TPM and record all maintenance work
Minimise downtime with production teams
Manage spare parts and replace defective components
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO procedures
Liaise with suppliers and support cost control
Maintain strong housekeeping standards
Requirements
Mechanical trade or strong hands-on experience
Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
Welding experience (preferred)
Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenance
Strong teamwork and reliability
