Join Traxial (A Magnax Company) as a Mechanical Design Engineer and take ownership of Precision Gearboxes, working from concept to prototype and production.

This is what you'll do:

* Design precision gearboxes for new product applications, from concept to production.
* Design mechanical components: gears, shafts, bearings, housings, seals, and other transmission elements.
* Create 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings, applying industry standards and GD&T.
* Perform mechanical calculations and design verification.
* Work with suppliers and subcontractors on components, manufacturing processes, tolerances, materials, and specs.
* Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of gearbox and actuator designs.
