About this role
As a Marketing Science Lead you will be responsible for leading the execution of the account and office-level vision and priorities within the organization.
The main output of the role is to deliver Marketing Science projects, deliverables, and related work to clients across a broad range of initiatives. Career development is typically provided by Marketing Science Directors or Senior Directors, but may be adapted depending on the account or office location.
You will:
• Create and develop analyses and reports that meet client needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and build measurement strategies, translating business objectives into compelling analytics products.
• Develop measurement frameworks that integrate first- and third-party data into cohesive reporting solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that optimize digital performance and business impact.
• Contribute thought leadership on analytics methodology, visualization best practices, and emerging reporting technologies.
• Mentor and support junior analysts in developing analytics and reporting skills.
You have
• B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management).
• Deep expertise with at least two of the following: data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), automated data ingestion and reporting, data science and statistical programming, testing and personalization platforms, SQL, website analytics implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with two or more visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), with practical knowledge of their strengths and limitations.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint); strong communicator with proven client-facing experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and performance measurement, including:
• Designing and building dashboards and reports that track creative performance across KPIs
• Evaluating the performance of marketing channels and tactics
• Creating measurement plans using first- and third-party data
• Designing and executing test & learn programs with full analytical reporting
• Building analytics solutions focused on creative strategy optimization and insight-driven decision-making
Preferred skills
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical programming languages.
• Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Experience with third-party analytics platforms (Brandwatch, Pathmatics, etc.), website experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.), or CDPs.
• Experience with marketing technology ecosystem integration and data workflows.
