This position is hybrid. Most of the role can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person duties.</p> <p>Candidates located near the Greater Boston area who can travel to Woburn, Massachusetts, as needed, will be considered.</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator :</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Work alongside our Woburn-based Marketing Manager and Sr. Marketing Coordinator in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in the northeastern United States</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications and help with go/no-go discussions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Support proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Contribute to compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials in support of Apex’s business initiatives.
