You will serve as an organizational hub across marketing, product, creative, production, and channel teams, helping ensure timelines, campaign assets, approvals, and dependencies move smoothly from briefing through delivery.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable adapting as priorities change.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development of campaign launch plans, timelines, checklists, and project trackers.</li> <li>Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and ownership across multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Maintain status reports, meeting agendas, notes, recap documents, and other project documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate the intake, briefing, routing, review, approval, and delivery of marketing assets.</li> <li>Support creative QA and confirm that assets meet applicable brand, technical, and channel requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate localization workflows, review cycles, and final asset distribution.</li> <li>Partner with asset-management stakeholders to maintain accurate and organized digital files.</li> <li>Facilitate communication among internal teams, external agencies, and other project partners.</li> <li>Track stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions and approvals are completed on schedule.</li> <li>Prepare creative briefs, presentations, asset lists, bills of materials, and campaign recaps.</li> <li>Support statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, and other operational documentation.</li> <li>Track campaign-level performance inputs and maintain logs of marketing requests.</li> <li>Document post-launch findings and lessons learned to support continuous process improvement.</li> <li>Identify potential risks or blockers early and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide additional coordination and administrative support when needed to keep launches moving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, creative production, project coordination, or a related function.</li> <li>Experience tracking marketing-project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.</li> <li>Familiarity with creative and marketing-asset workflows, including briefing, routing, review, QA, and approval.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience maintaining project trackers, status updates, meeting notes, and recap materials.</li> <li>Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Strong follow-through and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day coordination needs.</li> <li>Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet and tracking tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting consumer-marketing, entertainment, gaming, media, or other content-driven campaigns.</li> <li>Experience coordinating global campaigns or localized marketing assets.</li> <li>Familiarity with ClickUp or another project-management platform.</li> <li>Familiarity with Figma, Mural, or comparable creative-collaboration…
