MARKETING CLOUD CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

About this role

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant to support enterprise clients in delivering personalized customer engagement, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and campaign optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

• Configure Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder

• Design customer engagement and lifecycle marketing campaigns

• Build segmentation and personalization strategies

• Develop marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting

• Support data integration and customer data management initiatives

• Advise clients on marketing automation best practices

​Requirements

• 5–8+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Experience managing customer journey programs

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred
