It rapidly detects, tracks, and neutralizes hostile unmanned aircraft systems to protect critical assets and personnel.</p> <h4>ABOUT THE TEAM</h4> <p>The Roadrunner Team (RLT) will set the standard for building the future at<strong> <a href="https://www.anduril.com/arsenal-1">Arsenal-1</a>,</strong> our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ashville, OH. This team will have the opportunity to train under our world-class manufacturing team at Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA for 3 months before bringing that standard of excellence back to Ohio.</p> <h4>ABOUT THE JOB</h4> <p>Anduril is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Roadrunner Team (RLT) in Columbus, Ohio. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and executing test procedures for systems and components, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and aerospace manufacturing processes.<br><br>If you thrive under the pressure of scaling a critical product with immediate, real-world impact, we want you to help us build the next generation of Roadrunner products.<br><br>**This role requires candidates to relocate to Costa Mesa for a 3-month training program. Housing, transportation, etc. will be provided during your stay.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Design and develop test plans, procedures, and automated test systems for aircraft components and systems</li> <li>Validate and deploy test systems on the production line to ensure compliance with product specifications</li> <li>Conduct testing on aircraft systems and components, documenting results and ensuring compliance with quality standards</li> <li>Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement</li> <li>Perform root cause analysis on any discrepancies or failures during testing</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and equipment</li> <li>Implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and reliability</li> <li>Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, results, and compliance with regulatory standards</li> <li>Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders and project teams</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and failure analysis</li> <li>Provide technical support and training to production personnel regarding test equipment and procedures</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering</li> <li>3+ years of experience in production test engineering or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industry</li> <li>Strong understanding of testing methodologies and practices in an aerospace manufacturing environment</li> <li>An attitude of world-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication</li> <li>Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and dedication, being prepared to work extended hours and weekends when dictated by critical business priorities</li> <li>Regular travel between our various locations is an essential component of this role</li> <li>U.S. Citizen Required</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Familiarity with test automation tools and software</li> <li>Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in aircraft production</li> <li>Software scripting experience in any language</li> <li>Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or…
