<p></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Summary</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Alarm.com is seeking someone as a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to apply his/her experience and technical knowhow on manufacturing quality engagement strategies from product development through sustaining operations ranging from stand-alone test stations to multi-station production lines. As part of a small, hardworking and accomplished team of experts, deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes and practical experience in quality issue investigations, QA/QC practices, and supplier quality management are essential for success.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">In this role, you will act as the key interface regarding all aspects of the quality between the product development engineering teams and our manufacturing value-added partners. You will lead the quality requirements and manufacturing processes, ensuring the manufactured products meet the design intent as well as working with various cross-functional teams jointly responsible for the overall quality program throughout the entire product lifecycle. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Duties to be Performed</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Lead the overall manufacturing quality management program, including the review of processes and SIPs for IQC, IPQC, OQC and FAI, the development of processes and SIPs for GRR, OBA and ORT, and the quality validations of procedures and SOPs for SMT, DIP and FATP.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Work directly with manufacturing partners, Supply Chain Management Team, and Product Development Engineering Teams to develop product specific qualify inspection, monitoring, and verification procedures and processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Review SCARs for component suppliers and 8Ds from manufacturing partners, implement quality training programs and/or additional quality requirements based on 8Ds, and track SCARs and 8D for continuous component and manufacturing quality improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Coordinate with Product Managers to review RMA claims from customers, to conduct root-cause analysis with the manufacturing partners, and to drive the corrective resolutions as part of the overall improvement plan.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":255}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Work with Manufacturing Test Engineers and Production Engineers to validate and to ensure the manufacturing environment and production setup across the entire production system at all manufacturing sites are established and maintained according to the same quality standards.</span><span…
