In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our complex, integrated infrastructure is built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.</p> <p>You will partner closely with <strong>Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Deployment teams</strong> to scale manufacturing capabilities across global facilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational framework for a diverse product mix serving some of the world’s most demanding customers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <div> <p><strong>Location. </strong>This role is remote-based in Dublin, Ireland. </p> <p>This role requires the ability to travel globally (approx. 20–30%) to support site readiness and operational audits.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </div> <p><strong>What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)</strong></p> <p><strong>Global Operational Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process Standardization:</strong> Drive process consistency and technical excellence across all global manufacturing facilities to ensure a uniform "Gold Standard" for every modular unit produced.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Interface:</strong> Serve as the <strong>Single Point of Contact (SPOC)</strong> for manufacturing operations across all product lines, facilitating seamless communication between regional sites and corporate leadership.</li> <li><strong>Performance Excellence:</strong> Establish a performance baseline and drive key manufacturing <strong>KPIs</strong>, including Safety, Quality (Yield/NCRs), Cost (COGS), and On-Time Delivery (OTD).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Capacity & Production Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Advanced Modeling:</strong> Develop and maintain <strong>executable capacity models</strong> capable of handling a complex mix of custom, engineer-to-order (ETO) products.</li> <li><strong>S&OP Integration:</strong> Analyze S&OP forecasts and material constraints to provide strategic recommendations for production schedules, ensuring achievable commitments to customers.</li> <li><strong>Footprint Optimization:</strong> Design and implement efficient change-over processes that maximize output while utilizing limited factory floor area effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Supplier Partnership:</strong> Support the Sourcing function during <strong>supplier selection</strong> and participate in product validation to ensure the supply chain can meet rigorous manufacturing requirements.</li> <li><strong>Lifecycle Support:</strong> Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and partner with Deployment teams to guarantee successful site integration post-manufacturing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally within <strong>modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center…
