Candidates interested in long‑term employment with Applied Engineering should be open to future relocation opportunities, though relocation is <strong>not required</strong> for this assignment.</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>ESTIMATED PAY RANGE</strong></span></h3> <p>Engineer I: $72,000 - $84,000</p> <p>Engineer II: $80,000 - $92,000</p> <p>Engineer III: $90,000 - $102,000</p> <p>Senior Engineer: $97,000 - $112,000</p> <p>Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. These roles are paid hourly and include paid overtime when applicable.</p> <h4><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></span></h4> <p>As a <strong>Manufacturing Engineer – Electromechanical Assembly </strong> in <strong>Cypress, TX</strong>, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support the transition of electromechanical product lines from another facility into the Houston site</li> <li>Assist with equipment installation, setup, and readiness for production</li> <li>Lead or support product validation activities to ensure successful launch</li> <li>Prepare and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards</li> <li>Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for wiring, assembly, and electromechanical systems</li> <li>Deliver training to production teams on new processes, equipment, and product requirements</li> <li>Participate in knowledge‑transfer visits to current production sites and support launch activities</li> <li>Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve flow, reduce waste, and stabilize processes</li> <li>Maintain active involvement from pre‑launch through post‑launch stabilization to support a seamless production ramp‑up </li> <li>Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners</li> <li>Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering </li> <li>5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience</li> <li>Strong electromechanical and wiring knowledge preferred</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required </li> <li>Experience supporting equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Strong lean manufacturing background (Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction, etc.)</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel to partner facilities and current production sites for knowledge transfer</li> <li>Experience preparing manufacturing documentation and training materials</li> <li>Epicor experience preferred</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>SKILLS AND VALUES</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Capable of working independently and as a team member</li> <li>Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills…
