Role: Managing Director, Enterprise Sales SEA - AI Fintech

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with an innovative AI Fintech seeking a results-driven Business Development and Sales MD to drive revenue growth in Singapore and South East Asia. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leaders with a strong background in enterprise banking software or fintech, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales and business development efforts in Singapore and SEA.

- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

- Drive enterprise sales, focusing on high-value deals.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients.

- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.

- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within enterprise banking software or fintech sector.

- Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with banks and financial institutions.

- Strong network and relationships within the financial services industry in Singapore.

- Solid understanding of financial technology, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation trends.

- Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong negotiation and C-level stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
