We’re energized by new challenges and new possibilities-and we’re just getting started!</p></div><p>As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be instrumental in bridging between high-level vision and practical, scaled business deployment and enablement of the business lines.  You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs to provide updates to leadership and the board of directors.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include critical, high-impact role bridging the gap between high-level artificial intelligence vision and practical, scaled business deployment. You will own initiative reporting cadence and cross-functional alignment touchpoints. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive updates to leadership.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive and </strong><strong>Track strategic initiatives: </strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to drive and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Proactively identify, surface, and escalate initiative risks and blockers to leadership</li> <li><strong>Build Business Cases:</strong> Collaborate with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs, success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI</li> <li><strong>Lead Multidisciplinary Execution:</strong> Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows</li> <li><strong>Process improvement:</strong> partner with business owners to update workflows to leverage AI capabilities </li> <li><strong>Value-Led Prioritization: </strong>Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact initiatives </li> <li><strong>Build Business Cases:</strong> Collaborate with Finance and business owners to develop pilot programs, define concrete success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI</li> <li><strong>Support M&A Integration: </strong>Coordinate post-merger integration workstreams across functions, maintain integration trackers, track progress against deal thesis, and surface risks to leadership.</li> <li><strong>Develop executive presentation:</strong> Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment</li> <li>Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives</li> <li>Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations</li> <li>Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights.</li> <li>Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong financial and business acumen. </li> <li>Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities.  </li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus.
