About this role
As our Manager Regulatory Compliance, you will lead the Regulatory Change Management program. You'll partner with business leaders and compliance teams to interpret and implement federal and state requirements, identify emerging risks, and strengthen compliance processes and controls, while leading a team and driving effective reporting, risk oversight, and continuous improvement across regulatory compliance programs.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
• Estimated Salary: $99,000 - $133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
•
Oversee regulatory change management and compliance requirements, including reviewing and interpreting new and existing laws and regulations, assessing business impact, assigning and monitoring implementation activities, and ensuring requirements are incorporated into policies, procedures, processes, and controls.

Develop and strengthen compliance oversight and reporting, using KPIs, KRIs, risk assessments, management reporting, and compliance systems to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.

Lead and develop the Regulatory Change Management team, balancing workload and priorities, supporting an engaged and accountable workforce, and driving continuous improvement of processes, systems, workflows, and technology.

Build strong relationships with business partners, compliance leaders, regulators, industry organizations, and consultants. Stay current on legislative and regulatory trends and communicate potential impacts to products, services, and operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
•
Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, including federal and state laws, regulations, market conduct standards, and related compliance practices, with the ability to interpret requirements and apply them to business processes, products, and operations.

Experience leading regulatory compliance activities, such as regulatory change management, compliance risk assessments, or regulatory issue resolution.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance and recommendations for business partners and leadership.
•
Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across functions, present to senior leaders and regulatory audiences, and lead, coach, and develop team members.
•
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and regulatory discipline.
• You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
• Experience with compliance systems, regulatory change management platforms, reporting tools, metrics, or data used to support compliance oversight and decision-making.
• Experience in the individual or group insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products, operations, and distribution practices.
